How to Book
Advance bookings are essential to secure your place in a workshop and ensure we're able to adequately cater for all people in attendance. You may book via this website, over the phone to 07 3891 5693 or in store at Beads N Crystals, 318 Ipswich Rd Annerley Queensland 4103.
To book online, simply select your desired workshop, add the number of places you require to the cart and check out. You may book any number of workshops for as many people as you like in the one transaction. You'll receive an email tax invoice confirming the dates and times shortly after. |
Booking Deposit & Cancellations
A booking deposit of $10 applies to each workshop. You will be issued a $10 store credit to use on class day.
All bookings are final and can not be refunded. If you are unable to attend a workshop after making the booking you may send another person in your absence. If you wish to cancel a class more than 2 days before the date, we will issue you with a credit code to the value of the class cost and booking deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to cancel a class within 2 days of the date, no credit or refund will be given. |

Rescheduled Workshops
Classes may be rescheduled due to circumstances outside our control such as inclement weather, supply shortage of a key component of a workshop, illness of instructor or insufficient paid bookings.
If a class is rescheduled by us for any reason whatsoever, you may choose to either accept a rescheduled session, a store credit or be issued a full payment refund including booking deposit. You will of course also have the same three options available if a workshop you booked was incorrectly described, or different to the sample shown, or as otherwise prescribed under Australian consumer law. |
Bead Lover VIP Workshops
Beads N Crystals Bead Lover Gold VIP members are entitled to a free workshop in June and October. To book a VIP workshop, members will be provided a coupon code to enable them to book the class at no cost. VIP members may book any one workshop during a VIP Workshop offering. Additional workshops may be booked at the advertised price. Only the VIP member is permitted to attend the free VIP session. VIP Members will need to pay the booking deposit which will be returned as a store credit on class day. Booking deposit is forfeited if workshop is not attended. No transfers available if you are unable to attend. If you're not a VIP you can book the class at the advertised price or join Bead Lover VIP to book a workshop for free.
